Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time hours. You will provide resident-centered care, administer meds, and work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab/long-term care preferred.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• In good standing with SC Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely.
• Assess residents and monitor for condition changes.
• Communicate status updates to physicians, families and team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and support staff.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly.
• Participate in care planning meetings with interdisciplinary team.
• Promote dignity, safety and quality of life for residents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and facility regulations; use PCC.
