Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for weekend shifts. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and manage medications and treatments for residents.

We value compassionate caregivers with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work independently when needed in a long-term care setting. Benefits and sign-on bonuses are available for weekend staff.

Qualifications

• NH RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.

Shift: Weekend Shift Opportunities
Compensation: LPN $31 - 39 | RN $42 - $50 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time mod comp options

Sign On Bonus: LPN $6,000 | RN $6,500

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented LPN or RN to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required
