Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join a compassionate care team and support residents with daily activities. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Sign-on bonuses are offered for full-time positions, with separate amounts for part-time roles. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials and full-time compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant license required

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Safely lift, position and transport residents
• Assist with mealtime setup, feeding and intake documentation
• Deliver nutritional supplements and record intake
• Weigh residents and report changes promptly
• Monitor and report skin concerns and changes in condition
• Support toileting programs and document care
• Maintain flow sheets and progress notes
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers
• Participate in care plan meetings when assigned
• Follow infection-control and safety protocols
• Take part in emergency drills and respond during emergencies

Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) Key Responsibilities:

As an LNA, you’ll support residents and nursing staff through hands-on care and clear communication, including:

• Providing daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

• Safely lifting, positioning, and transporting residents

• Assisting with mealtime setup, feeding, and intake documentation

• Delivering nutritional supplements and recording intake

• Weighing residents and reporting changes promptly

• Monitoring and reporting skin concerns such as pressure areas or tears

• Supporting toileting programs and documenting care

• Maintaining accurate flow sheets and progress notes

• Communicating changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Participating in care plan meetings when assigned

• Following infection-control and safety protocols

• Taking part in emergency drills and responding appropriately during emergencies

Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) Qualifications:

• Active/Valid New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license required
