Job summary

Langdon Place of Nashua is seeking dedicated LPN/RN, with a NH license, to join our compassionate team in a 3PM–11PM shift. Compensation ranges from $35.00–$40.00 hourly based on experience, with shift differentials and a sign-on bonus of $2,500 for LPNs and $2,750 for RNs.

The role includes medication administration, patient monitoring, and collaboration with providers to adjust care plans. We value independence, teamwork, and commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Langdon Place of Nashua is looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care and are seeking a supportive and revitalized work environment, we want to hear from you!

Shift: 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Sign On Bonus: LPN $2,500 | RN $2,750

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed.

• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.

• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
