Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs for a 3PM–11PM shift in New Hampshire. Competitive hourly wages and sign-on bonuses are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact license with NH authority.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Shift: 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00

Sign On Bonus: RN $2,500 | LPN $2,000
