Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for full-time roles. We offer day and extended shifts (7AM-3PM and 7AM-7PM) with competitive hourly rates and sign-on bonuses for both LPNs and RNs.

You will join a supportive, interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality patient care and positive resident outcomes. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, documentation, and family education in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents

Join Our Team as a LPN or RN

At Alpine Healthcare Center, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and resident-centered environment. As a LPN or RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Shift: 7AM - 3PM | 7AM - 7PM
Compensation: LPN $31 - 39 | RN $42 - $50 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time mod comp options

Sign On Bonus: LPN $6,000 | RN $8,000

About the Role
