Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH is seeking weekend LPNs and RNs to join our compassionate care team on a per diem basis.

You will provide high-quality, resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort for all residents. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in NH or multistate compact license required.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Shift

per diem team members do not have a set shift and work as needed

Compensation

LPN $31 - 39 | RN $42 - $50

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented LPN and RNs to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans

Requirements

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required
