Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our team in New Hampshire. Our nurses set the tone for exceptional resident care, offering leadership, clinical judgment, and a commitment to supporting residents and fellow caregivers.

The 7AM-3PM shift provides a collaborative, resident-focused environment with sign-on bonuses for RN and LPN roles and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact license with authority to practice in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.

Shift: 7AM - 3PM

Compensation: LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00

Sign On Bonus: RN $5,000 | LPN $4,000
