Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center in New Hampshire is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional resident care and to support fellow caregivers. We are looking for confident, compassionate nurses who bring strong clinical judgment, leadership, and mentorship to the team.

Shift: 3PM - 11PM. Compensation: LPN $36.00–$42.00; RN $44.00–$49.00 per hour. Sign-on bonus RN $2,500; LPN $2,000. Join us to grow your career while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact license with NH authority.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required
