Bedford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford, NH is seeking skilled LPNs and RNs who are committed to delivering high-quality resident care while fostering teamwork and respect across the care team.

Available shifts are 3PM–11PM, with competitive hourly pay ($36–$42 for LPN, $44–$49 for RN) plus shift differentials and sign-on bonuses. Full-time and part-time options with comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with policies and resident care plans.

Available Shifts: 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: LPN $36.00 - $42.00 | RN $44.00 - $49.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Sign-On Bonus: LPN $5,000 | RN $5,500
Weekend Shift Differential: $6.00 per hour for every weekend shift!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with established policies and resident care plans

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire

• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills

• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
