Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and report changes to the nursing staff while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Available Shifts: 7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: $21 - $26 based on experience

Sign On Bonus: $1,500
