Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our compassionate team in New Hampshire. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, leadership, and mentorship of staff, with a focus on resident dignity and collaborative care.

The shift is 3PM - 11PM. Compensation ranges from $36.00–$- $42.00 for LPNs and $44.00–$49.00 for RNs, with RN and LPN sign-on bonuses available. We offer comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed

Shift:

3PM - 11PM

Compensation:

LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00

Sign On Bonus:

RN $2,500 | LPN $2,000

Responsibilities:
