SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a dedicated LPN or Paramedic for the Rockingham County Jail in Wentworth, NC. This full-time night shift role involves 12-hour rotations and a pay rate of $28.00-$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN license or Paramedic certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assessing patients and responding to routine and urgent healthcare needs.
• Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the medical provider.
• Documenting assessments, treatments, and medication administration accurately.
• Assist with emergency response and coordinate patient care.
• Maintain medication accountability and complete clinical records.
• Follow established protocols, policies, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with correctional staff to support patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina LPN license or applicable Paramedic certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A team-oriented attitude and commitment to compassionate patient care.
• Correctional healthcare or emergency medical experience is a plus, but not required. We'll provide training to help you succeed!
