Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full Time LPN for the Cabarrus County Jail in Concord, NC. This 12-hour night shift role offers a night and weekend differential and a chance to provide quality patient care in a structured, secure environment.

Ideal candidates hold an NC LPN license with CPR certification and are capable of independent decision-making, critical thinking, and clear communication. Correctional healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Southern Health Partners is looking for a Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina.

This is a 12-hour night shift role for an LPN who is comfortable thinking on their feet, working independently, and providing quality care in a structured, secure environment.

And because we know nights and weekends deserve a little extra recognition, this position offers a night and weekend shift differential.

Your Role

You'll provide essential nursing care to patients throughout your shift while working as part of a dedicated correctional healthcare team.

Your responsibilities may include:
