Job summary

Southern Health Partners seeks an LPN Medical Service Coordinator to lead daily healthcare operations at Hertford County Jail in North Carolina. You will coordinate the medical team while still delivering direct patient care on a 3/4 10-hour day shift rotation with EVO weekends.

You’ll lead, mentor, and support staff, ensure accurate patient assessments and medication administration, and ensure compliance with clinical and jail policies. This role blends leadership with hands-on care daily.
