Job summary

Courtyard Rehab in Florida is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to lead bedside care, deliver medications and supervise Medication Aids where applicable. You will monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, and ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

You will maintain clear documentation, communicate with families and the care team, adhere to infection control standards, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

What You Will Do
