Job summary

Cedar Healthcare Center in New Hampshire is hiring compassionate LPNs to join our growing team of caregivers. Positions available across full-time and part-time schedules with weekend Baylor shifts from 7AM to 7PM.

Compensation ranges from $31.00 to $42.00 per hour, plus $3.00/hour for weekend hours, with Baylor pay and additional options. We offer a $2,500+ sign-on bonus and diverse clinical settings from short-term rehab to memory care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire or compact state.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Schedule: Weekend Baylor, 7AM - 7PM
Compensation: $31.00 - $42.00, based on experience + $3.00/hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday, Baylor pay, and modified compensation options available to full-time

Sign On Bonus: $2,500+
