Job summary

Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our growing team of caregivers. We offer weekend Baylor schedules with flexible full-time and part-time options across multiple shifts and specialties.

Compensation ranges $31.00–$42.00 per hour, with an additional $3.00/hour for weekend hours, and a sign-on bonus for both full-time and part-time roles. We support nurses across settings including Short-Term Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Memory Care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NH or a compact state.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Schedule: Weekend Baylor, 7AM - 7PM
Compensation: $31.00 - $42.00, based on experience + $3.00/hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday, Baylor pay, and modified compensation options available to full-time
