Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our team across multiple schedules and shifts. Locals caring for locals, with Monday–Friday 7AM–3PM options and a sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Join a team providing care in short-term rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and memory care settings. Opportunity to build leadership and supervisory skills while earning additional pay through responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire or a qualified compact state.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and promote resident dignity and quality of life.

Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our growing team of caregivers. Whether you're a new grad, looking for a full-time career, or in search of part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available across multiple schedules, shifts, and specialty areas.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3PM
Compensation: $31.00 - $42.00, based on experience + modified compensation options available to full-time team members

Sign On Bonus: $5,000
