Cedar Healthcare Center in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team. Weekend Baylor shifts are available, 7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LNA license in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets.

Schedule

Weekend Baylor, 7AM - 7PM or 7PM - 7AM

Pay Range

What You’ll Do
