Job summary

Atlas Rehabilitation and Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam Campus in Clifton, NJ seeks an RN or LPN supervisor to provide direct nursing care and to oversee CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff. You will enforce policies, conduct evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, assist in discharge planning, and ensure the Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current to maintain the highest quality of resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered valid RN or LPN license in this state.
• Must have a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of nursing practices and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures of the Center.
• Provide discipline and performance evaluations as required.
• Plan shifts' services, programs, and activities with staff.
• Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff compliance.
• Coordinate with other resident services to maintain total care.
