Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved LPN/RN program.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing personnel in accordance with Center guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Review department policies and participate in updates as needed.
• Provide discipline and evaluations for nursing staff per regulations.
• Plan shifts, services, and activities with the team.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff adherence.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on shift activities.
• Coordinate with resident services to maintain total care plans.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and audits.
• Assist in discharge planning and documentation as required.
