You will oversee nursing staff during the 3-11 shift, ensuring care aligns with facility standards and policies, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to adjust care plans.

Qualified candidates hold a New Jersey RN license and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment, with focus on quality patient care and staff

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff during the 3-11 shift, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with facility standards and policies.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient condition and identify adjustments to care plans.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
