- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff during the 3-11 shift.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient condition and adjust care plans.
- Develop and implement care plans with multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor and report changes to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.
- Maintain accurate patient care records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
