Cedar Healthcare Center in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our senior living and rehabilitation community. Full- and part-time schedules are available from 7AM to 3PM, with a $4,000 sign-on for full-time and $2,000 for part-time.

You will provide direct resident care per care plans, assist with ADLs, monitor changes, support mealtime, and document accurately, while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LNA license in New Hampshire.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Long-term care experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Schedule

Full- and Part-time available, 7AM - 3PM

Sign-On Bonus

Full-time $4,000 | Part-time $2,000

Pay Range

$21.00 - $28.00, based on experience + modified compensation options available to full-time

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
