Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. The role centers on direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting, administering medications, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

The position offers a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, with every other weekend work and a structured weekday timing.

Competenze

• Wisconsin LPN licensure required or eligible.
• Experience in correctional or clinical healthcare settings preferred.

Enjoy a structured rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend built into the rotation.

Monday–Friday:

8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Saturday–Sunday:

6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
