Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift rotation at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes patient care in a structured correctional healthcare setting with a rotating 12-hour schedule and every-other-weekend shifts.

You will administer medications, assess patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care while maintaining thorough medical records.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience in direct patient care.
• Experience in correctional/secure settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
