Agemark Senior Living is hiring an LPN Memory Care Manager for Holland Farms in Norwalk, Iowa. Lead a compassionate team to provide personalized memory care and uphold the Best Friends Approach to Alzheimer’s care.

You’ll mentor staff, coordinate care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage with families and the local community. Evening and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for professional growth and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• A degree in geriatrics, elder care, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiarity with facility licensure regulations and safety procedures.

• Ensure safety & compliance: Oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.
• Engage & connect: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.
• Support operations: Manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and keep the neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of leadership experience with proven supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and social media.
• A warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and step into other roles as needed.
