Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey seeks an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate care for residents. You will administer medications per physician orders, monitor health changes, and ensure MAR/TAR accuracy while maintaining regulatory standards.

You will transcribe orders, support care plans, document diligently, maintain med carts, perform narcotic counts, and participate in SHUs. An active LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and senior care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Conduct SHUs.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.
