Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. You will deliver care per physician orders, maintain narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with MAR/TAR processes in a senior living environment.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and experience in senior care or medication administration.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs).
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.
