Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care in MAR/TAR. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a senior living environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license with CPR/First Aid certification and has strong assessment and documentation skills. Prior senior care or medication administration experience is preferred.

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.
