Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Franklin, NJ is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements include an active LPN license in good standing, CPR and First Aid certification, and strong assessment and documentation skills; senior care or medication administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range: 31.90 - 42.60
