Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lynnfield, MA is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

You will administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updates to protect resident health.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:
