Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Kentucky seeks an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, administer medications per physician orders, and maintain precise clinical documentation. This role focuses on resident safety and comfort in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

You will follow the Six Rights, monitor symptoms, and report changes promptly, partnering with care teams to support care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Pay Range: 31.90 - 42.60
