Southern Health Partners is seeking an LPN Medical Team Administrator at the Rhea County Jail. You will lead daily medical operations, serve as the clinical decision-maker, and anchor the nursing team in a secure, structured environment.

This leadership role offers autonomy, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a meaningful, purpose-driven position that improves inmate care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in clinical settings.
• Experience leading healthcare teams preferred.
