Southern Health Partners is launching healthcare services at Vance County Jail in Henderson, NC, seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to build the clinical foundation from day one.

You will lead daily workflows, coach nursing staff, and ensure quality patient care in a structured, secure jail environment, with a 12-hour day shift and opportunities to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
