The role combines hands-on patient care with clinical leadership to oversee daily operations and ensure quality care. The RN MTA will coordinate nursing duties, support staff, and participate in on-call responsibilities while aligning with facility leadership and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in North Carolina.
• Leadership, charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a correctional setting.
• Serve as clinical leader and resource for nursing staff.
• Coordinate daily healthcare operations and scheduling.
