Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time LPN for the Night Shift at Forrest County Jail in Hattiesburg, MS (39401). The schedule includes a 12-hour night rotation starting 3/14 and EVO weekend shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

You’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform clinical assessments, document care, follow established plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a structured, secure work setting.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Ability to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring symptoms, reactions, and progress.
• Administering medications according to nursing standards and facility guidelines.
• Performing assessments and responding appropriately to urgent or emergent situations.
• Documenting care accurately and maintaining patient records.
• Following established treatment plans and nursing protocols.
• Collaborating with providers and the healthcare team.
• Applying sound clinical judgment while practicing within applicable State Scope of Practice Guidelines.
