Qualifications
Must hold current EMT/paramedic or nursing licensure as applicable in the state.
Two years of clinical or hospital experience in a healthcare setting.
CPR/AED certification and basic IV therapy knowledge as required by role.
Responsibilities
Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history review.
Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical concerns per SOPs.
Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical or technical issues.
Support vaccination programs and occupational health activities.
Skills
EMT/paramedical experience
