American Senior Communities is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator (LPN/RN) for an on-site role at Park Terrace Village. You will manage EMR utilization, auditing, and training across physicians, nursing staff, and office teams to ensure compliant records.

Candidates must hold RN or LPN licensure, with at least one year in nursing management within long-term care and two years of relevant nursing experience. The position emphasizes CARE values and collaborative patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN).
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities
