Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood, aligned with nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living policies.

The role supports residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, with responsibilities including medication administration, care-plan updates, and collaboration with RNs.

Qualifications

• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident well‑being.
• Assess and document residents' clinical status; notify RN/provider as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications accurately and timely per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
