Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care setting. You will deliver nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician, administer medications, monitor resident status, and document changes in the resident record.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs on the unit, performing resident assessments, and ensuring compliance with infection control and safety policies. A state LPN license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Maintains accurate clinical documentation and communicates changes in resident condition to the care team.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program: Required
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
