Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care setting in Burlington, VT. You will deliver nursing care under guidance, administer medications, and monitor resident status while documenting changes for the care team.

Qualifications

Administers medications and treatments, monitors resident status, and supervises the work of Certified Nursing Assistants. Maintains accurate clinical documentation and communicates changes in resident condition to the care team.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program: Required
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
