Job summary

Harborview Rehab and Care Center is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Lansdale, PA. We welcome new grads and walk-ins. Shifts include 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am, with weekend availability and per diem options.

You will provide direct nursing care to our residents, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help uphold high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse license or recent grad awaiting NCLEX.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care for residents including wound and catheter care.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
Ensure care follows regulatory and facility guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
