Caring Heart Rehab and Nursing in Philadelphia, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. We offer flexible shifts across days and nights, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care to long-term residents, administer medications, collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation in line with care standards. New LPNs welcome—training and orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New LPNs welcome; training and orientation provided.

• 7:00pm–7:00am Full Time, Part Time
• 7:00a-7:00p Part Time
• 11:00pm-7:00am Part Time
