Qualifications

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health, vital signs and responses.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care, daily living support.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other team members for coordinated care.
Educate residents and families on health management.
Ensure care complies with regulations and facility guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
