Job summary

Lancaster-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center in Lancaster, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our resident-centered team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with shifts 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, plus new competitive pay rates.

New graduates are welcome and walk-in interviews are encouraged. You’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with RNs and other staff in a supportive

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in PA (or eligibility)
• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and strong team player

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
