Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, PA is urgently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team across all shifts. Immediate openings on day, evening and night teams with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, documenting care, and supervising CNAs while maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome.

Shifts Available: Day, Evening, and Nights

7:00 am to 3:00 pm (2 Openings)

3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (1 Openings)

11:00 pm to 7:00 am (2 Openings)

Weekend LPN either Day or Evenings or Evenings and Nights 16 hours

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care per physician orders and personalized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and precisely
• Monitor resident health closely; report any changes promptly to RNs or physicians
• Document all care and services accurately in the electronic medical record
• Support seamless admissions, discharges, transfers, and care transitions
• Supervise and direct CNAs in daily resident support activities
• Maintain rigorous compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Foster effective, compassionate communication with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred (new graduates and returning professionals are encouraged to apply!)
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work autonomously while excelling in a collaborative team
• Strong dedication to resident-focused, high-quality care

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available now
• Day (7am to 3pm), Evening (3pm to 11pm), and (11pm to 7am) night shifts open
• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required to meet resident needs
