Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem (All Shifts)
Shifts Available: Days and Evenings for PT and FT | PRN (All Shifts)

Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles across all shifts. In this position, the LPN will deliver hands‑on resident care, assist with clinical operations, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive outcomes in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Licensed Practical Nurses Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care following physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Observe residents’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN or physician
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
• Provide guidance and oversight to CNAs and assist with daily care needs
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Licensed Practical Nurses Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Prior experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Dedication to delivering resident‑centered care

Licensed Practical Nurses Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available
• Day, evening, and night shifts offered
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required to meet facility needs
