Complete Care at Springbrook in Silver Spring, MD is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care of residents recently discharged from hospital and for long-term care. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN options with an agency-free facility and daily pay options.

• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable
• Wound care and prevention; manage pain and dressings
• Monitor physical and mental health; track changes and analyze data
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and specimen collection
• Assist in executing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
• Educate families and residents about health status and care expectations
• Maintain detailed records of health status, care, progress and interactions
• Oversee CNA team to ensure quality care and teamwork

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:
